LOCATIONS DISINFECTION SERVICE
Disinfection service of spaces and surfaces in locations to be filmming, using, nebulizers, double buckets, micro-fiber cloths, absorbent paper, mops and mops. We use a range of professional disinfectants and sterilizers, non-toxic, non-irritant for skin and mucous membranes, efficient against bacteria, viruses, moulds, spores and fungi. Safe for people and the environment, 100% biodegradable and non-corrosive for equipment and materials. PLASTICBOX TEAM DISINFECTION OF SPACES AND SURFACES PROTOCOLS
General safety steps to ensure the safety of the worker, occupants and space. All technicians will wear full personal protective equipment, full protective suit, full respiratory protection, gloves and appropriate footwear in order to protect the airways, eyes and skin.
PREPARATION
Place warnings indicating that disinfection is taking place, indicating the safe time to return to the space.
Shut down all flames, including the pilot flames.
Cover or disable smoke detectors.
Cover fish tanks and food containers.
Close all exterior windows and doors.
Make sure there are no people and pets in the space to be disinfected.
DISINFECTION PROCEDURE
The environmental disinfection of the whole space and surfaces will be done through nebulization, reinforcing the critical areas of greater contact with methods of mechanical cleaning, thus ensuring the correct hygiene and disinfection. The average time of application varies according to the critical areas and surfaces of greatest contact to be disinfected.
After disinfection, the treated area will be left intact and closed for at least half an hour to one hour to allow maximum penetration of the disinfectant into all cracks, pores and surfaces, as well as to ensure effective contact time. After the action period has finished, we will proceed to vent the area. This can be a natural process or we can help the ventilation using the industrial extractors that we have available. The minimum time will be half an hour.
EQUIPMENT DISINFECTION SERVICE
Disinfection service of equipment and material by ozonization process. It is the fastest and most effective process of deep disinfection. Ideal for all types of production equipment and materials, image, machinery, electricity, wardrobe, art, catering, scene vehicles, etc., that need a quick but deep disinfection. Ozone, thanks to its powerful oxidation capacity, is a powerful dry sterilizing disinfectant that quickly and efficiently destroys all micro-organisms (viruses, bacteria, fungi and moulds) that remain on all kinds of surfaces, in fluids or in air. It leaves no residues because it is a gas that transforms into oxygen after performing its function, it is a safe method, non-toxic, non-irritant to skin and mucous membranes, and is not corrosive to equipment and material.
With a decontamination tent, 3X3, foldable, double wall, with PVC floor and door. Watertight and easy to assemble.
Allows decontamination in 5 to 10 minutes of 18 m3 of equipment and material through ozonation shock treatment. It is a fast and efficient disinfection process, also ideal for sensitive items.
CERTIFIED BIOLOGICAL RISK CONTROL TECHNICIAN
Certified technician in biological risks on the shooting location with mandatory passage tent for temperature measurements, distribution of PPE's, to advise and supervise during the entire shooting day to ensure the execution of the protocols keeping critical points disinfected as necessary.
